Oct–Dec 2025 Europe Roundup: Community Cleanups, Drug Prevention and Human Rights Education

Across the last quarter of 2025, volunteers associated with Scientology social programmes reported multiple local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup included local environmental and civic volunteering, alongside drug-awareness distribution initiatives and human-rights learning initiatives delivered through partner programmes.

Organisers cited initiatives across Italy, France, the Czech Republic, news eu settlement scheme Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers cooperating with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.

Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
